Wordy Puzzy is a fun, educational puzzle app for kids, built by TeamOpine Solutions. We take your family's privacy very seriously. This policy explains — in plain language — what data we handle and how we keep things safe.

📦 What Data We Handle

On-Device Data (never leaves your device):

Local Your game progress & unlocked levels
Local Coin balance earned through gameplay
Local Sound on/off preference

✅ All game data lives only on your device using Apple's built-in storage (UserDefaults). We never upload, transmit, or share it with anyone.

Crash Reporting (anonymous, sent only on errors):

Anonymous Device model (e.g. iPhone 15)
Anonymous iOS version (e.g. iOS 17.4)
Anonymous App version & crash error details

ℹ️ Crash data is fully anonymous — it contains no personal information, names, or identifiers. It is sent only when the app encounters a technical error, to help us fix bugs and improve stability.

🚫 What We Do NOT Collect

We want to be crystal clear — Wordy Puzzy does not collect:

Names, emails, or any personal information
Location or GPS data
Photos, contacts, or microphone access
Any user accounts or login credentials
Analytics or behavioral tracking profiles
IP addresses or user identifiers

📢 Advertising

Wordy Puzzy is a free app supported by advertisements through Google AdMob. The app displays:

Ads Banner ads on certain screens
Ads Interstitial (full-screen) ads between activities
Ads Rewarded video ads — watched voluntarily to earn coins
Ads App-open ads when launching the app

ℹ️ About AdMob: Google AdMob may use device identifiers and general information (such as device type and OS version) to serve ads. For children's content, ads are served in compliance with Google's child-directed settings. For details, see Google's Privacy Policy.

🐛 Crash Reporting

To keep the app running smoothly, Wordy Puzzy includes an anonymous crash reporter. When the app encounters an unexpected error, the following technical data is collected and sent to our servers to help us identify and fix bugs:

Device model (e.g. iPhone 15, iPad Air)
iOS version (e.g. iOS 17.4)
App version and bundle ID
Error message and stack trace (technical crash details)
Timestamp of when the crash occurred

🛡️ This data is 100% anonymous. We do not collect any user IDs, names, emails, IP addresses, or any personally identifiable information through crash reporting. The sole purpose is to identify and fix bugs to improve your experience.

👶 Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Wordy Puzzy is designed for children and families. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA):

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13
No accounts, registration, or sign-in is required
All gameplay data stays on the device
Crash reports contain only anonymous technical data
Ads are served using Google's child-directed ad treatment

Since all app data (progress, coins, preferences) is stored locally on your device using Apple's secure storage mechanisms, your data is protected by your device's own security (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID). We have no servers that store your personal data. Crash reports are transmitted securely and contain no personally identifiable information.

You have full control over your data:

Reset Progress: Use the "Reset" option in the app's settings to clear all game progress, unlocked levels, and coins
Delete Everything: Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data permanently
Sound Control: Toggle sound on or off anytime from settings
